Job Description

The Executive Secretary provides administrative support and performs numerous secretarial duties including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, writing correspondence, editing, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers & all routine correspondence. The Executive Secretary also manages and coordinates various administrative tasks.
