Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director - Learning and Development to join Jumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include designing and executing a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational objectives and employee development needs and developing and delivering learning programs, workshops, and courses that enhance employee capabilities and contribute to organizational success.

Qualifications Required
