Job Description
The Sales Executive oversees the daily operations of the sales office, promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms. They prepare and distribute sales-related materials including proposals, contracts, and invoices. They maintain an organized record of sales activities, client communications, and booking details. Update client appointment notes and follow-up actions. Coordinate invitations and responses for showcases, presentations, and promotional events. Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics. Assist in preparing presentations and reports.

Qualifications Required
